It has 2 FULL size seats, will fit a 3 or small 4 yr old in easily. This is why the frame is quite long and so substantially built. It's also not tiny when it's folded and does not fold with the seats on. However it is a very very well built pushchair if you have the room for it and it is in very good condition.
