I have really became interested in both Zumba and belly dancing and wish to start classes. However, since I have had a c-section I don't know when I could do either. On Tuesday at my 6 days PP the doctors said she wasn't sure and I can do light excercise and a bit of light swimming, nothing else just now.
If any of you ladies have done any after a section, how long did you wait? How did you find it? Did it help with baby weight and toning up? Would it help get rid of the little overhang I have because of the section?
