£58.45 - Angelcare AC401 Baby Movement Sensor Pad and Sound Monitor

Hubby should be in from work soon. I'll jump on him and see what he says. xx

If you jump on him Im sure he'll let you buy whatever you like!! ;)

yes... jump on him :haha:

Turns out hubby came home in a foul mood. After hours of waiting for him to look at it and putting up with his stroppiness, I've ordered the monitor anyway (on his amazon account...) and saved myself the effort! Miserable sod! His lack of enthusiasm has just cost him on both counts! :D

lol, good for you. Serves him right for being in a strop! Its a really good deal I reckon. x

lol thats so funny :happydance: serves him right!

In fact, whilst he has been playing the said game for the last 2 hours, I have also ordered 3 hooded baby towels and a bath thermometer. They are all getting delivered to his work so he is going to be a bit shocked when the post arrives next week lol x

thats quality! it will teach him to pay attention lol :dohh:

At that price we've just earned ourselves a few more baby treats and he's just earned himself a night on the sofa! Not that I've made him sleep there you understand. I just won't be waking him up to come to bed. That leather sofa can get a tad bit chilly...:muaha:

Where did you get your towels. I have 2 hooded ones but quite fancy getting a few more and also want a few of those ones that you velcro round your next so you can get baby out of bath with 2 hands. x

I'm a cheapskate so I got them from ebay! No idea what they will be like but they are brand new and 100% cotton so hopefully they will be fine :)

There are loads on ebay, just search for hooded baby towels.

Just had a thought, I wonder how many days it will be before I forget to turn the monitor off when I take the baby out of the moses basket to change its nappy and the alarm starts going off due to lack of movement... im guessing not many knowing me! x

Mwahahahaha. Ive done that with my OH before. If they fall asleep with their head to one side so its just leaning on their shoulder rather than on cushions or anything, its even better as you just know they will wake up in agony!! :coolio:
