I had literally 1 day of "spotting" on the 19th May.. in the AM it came out red but after that one time I had nothing only watery blood up high (like on tip of a tampon).. after that day I had nothing .. 
I had usual 5 day periods since 13/14 .. but after I had the depo only one shot .. when period came back it went to 3 days ..but it's consistent if that makes sense never have what I did last cycle ...
I tested and 2 ICs came back very faint .. but I took them as evaps in the end as I took various other tests FRER and even a digi .. I'm just confused now that the 1 day if it even counts as that what happens this cycle I'm not sure how I can know/estimate where abouts I am now in my cycle
