1 day period

So I have a regular 29-32 day cycle. On day 31 this month I had a very light period that lasted less than a day. DC was pink, light red and then brown by the end of the day. By next day completely gone. I normally have a 3 day bleed. Any thoughts?I have not started any new meds, diet, etc.
