1 year TTC,2 mcs,PCOS...and my secret solution!

Thought i'd drop off my story.

Me and OH began to TTC after christmas 2007. i just stopped taking my pill, and let nature take course. After 3/4 months i was pregnant, but miscarried due to a blighted ovum. I was broken.

Tried again, but after a few months nothing was happening, i was blaming myself. I bought a BBT thermometer and diary from Boots(nice lil set by the way!) but i wasn't good with it until i joined Fertilityfriend.

Toyed with Agnus Castus. Didn't do a thing...

My friend sent me OPKs to try, which eased OH into the idea of using them. So i bought more off eBay and was hooked.

But still nada.

I began to get really down about it all. I started thinking about Preseed, but knew OH was unlikely to go for this, it was too much pressure and things would have become robotic.

But i bought it anyway!
I used almost a full tube after a bath at ovulation. (after a bath because i could hide the fact things were yet...)

2 weeks later. BFP. But miscarried soon after.

OH then began fertility tests and i had a scan to figure what was happening. Nothing.

However i was inspired by the preseed. I used it again straight after the miscarriage ended and again... BFP just over a year of TTC.

And this beanie stuck. Well, at least for 27 weeks, she is here now, although premature

Gave the remaining opks and preseed to my friend who had been TTC for about 7 years.

1st month she just used opks-BFN

2nd month she tried preseed. And she's now pregnant too!
After 7 years!

So my magic advice is not to give up, take every month as a fresh month,don't give up and if you are serious, get the preseed!

After reading another thread about preseed I was discouraged about its results (and I am awaiting my order of it). The other post it was everyone's first month of ttc altogether so was it preseed that led to a bfp or great fertility.

Anyway congratulations on your little one - I will be thinking strong and healthy thoughts for you and your new arrival.

Hey honey!

I can honestly say i believe 100% Preseed fixed it for me! Especially after my friend used it. She was undergoing years of tests and they just told her it was unexplained fertility.

So it's worth the try. I see one or two people who moan that Preseed is nothing and think it's just a ploy for money, but Preseed is the common denominator to both mine and my friends bfps, after the troubles we had. Maybe it just works for some, who knows! I used it on the days on and around ovulation, 15 mins before bedtime. Didn't get up after the deed either, just did the whole manly thing of going to sleep

I used pre-seed to and got my after trying for quite a while. I agree, it's not magic but it's worth a shot.

Thanks for asking this question, you just beat me to it! What is this magic preseed?! 2.5 years trying with never a hint of a BFP, I'll try anything once!

We already use lube just because I like the feeling but I had no idea till I bought TCOYF that I might actually be putting up a barier to the sperm, thought it was just fun!

Here's hoping for a for us all!

Preseed is the only sperm safe lubricant, and they have other "lube" that you insert and it mimics fertile cm.

They have a website you can order from www.preseed.com, but you can also order it from a number of other places. I even ordered from amazon.com.

I have yet to try it too, but keep reading of others success stories, so here goes!

I just got some today from a nearby pharmacy. I used it tonight but I tried to be discreet about it cause I didn't want to scare off DH.

Well, I went to the bathroom and squeezed the little tube in there and it made this loud squishy fart sound. I need to find a better way to do that....maybe when he goes to the bathroom, I can do it while lying in bed and I won't have the echo of the bathroom.
