1 year ttc

HI Ladies,

I know one year is not that long but it feels like eternity.

I wonder if you could help... we are in the UK.

Myself and Dh have discussed going to the DR in april but we don't know if we should go to our own Dr's seperatly first or go to one of our doctors together (we both attend different DR's). We wonder if DH should go first to get a sperm analysis done as apparantly they test that first in the uk anyway ( i am not sure how true that is).

so when you ladies made the decission to consult a DR how did you go about it?, together or seperatly?.

I'm in Canada, but when we started to go to the Dr. i want to my regular family doctor he went to his. I was then referred to a specialist, and that dr took control and away we went.

He is fine, I have Endometriosis so his testing stopped after the semen analysis.

I would suggest go to the Dr. together, or seperately whatever makes you more comftorable.

My hubby and I have the same doctor so we made an double appointment so that he could access both our records. I was to have my blood work checked and hubby was asked for an SA at the same time.

I would book the appointment with your doctor (as it's you that will be referred to an FS not your hubby) and see what he says and if necessary book one with your hubby's.
