Ok so this is really a tmi but I went pee this morning had a lot of ewcm I also had a small drop of blood. Could it be IB or do you think its AF showing her ugly face and advice?

I had IB 6dpo with this pregnancy. It was very watery with just a swipe of pinkish red blood. It's very possible that that is what you are having!
