10 dpo some spotting..IB??

So my husband and I have been ttc for 17 months now..it's soooo FRUSTRATING! I had my first IUI 10 days ago. I took femera on days 3-7. I'm crossing my fingers that this works. I've cramped some everyday. What's really strange is that my boobs ALWAYS hurt after I ovulate and they don't this time. Could this be a good sign? Also, I've had more cm than I normally do after ovulation. Normally it gets really dry. I feel like I'm wearing a wet diaper some days. Tonight I wiped and saw alittle blood. I wiped again and nothing. Could that be IB? Has anyone else had some of these same things happen to them??

Never had IB with my other kids but if it is out of the ordinary for you it could be a good sign!
