Is this even possible so early?
Here's the symptoms which make me think he could be teething,
• extra whingy recently and clingy to me
• chewing on everything including his fists
• keeps getting a temperature which doesn't last for ages
• has started waking loads on a night time, not wanting a food but just grunting and gurgling away to himself
• started drooling
• cries for milk then when he gets a bottle he has a few gulps and whinges and this carries on until he's had enough, he's also not drinking as much as he used to
• started fussing if his bottle's cold, he's never cared before
• prefers boobie to bottle. He's always quite happily had boobie when I've latched him on but doesn't often route for it. Now he's crying when given formula and routing for boobie, I think maybe the bottles make his gums more sore?

Does it sound like this could be the start of his teeth coming in or is it too soon?

Sounds exactly like my 11 week old. I have no idea if it is too early but it definitely seems like teething to me!

My 10 week old has recently become a drool and fuss pot. I'm thinking the early stages of teething as well. My older two children both teethed for several months before a tooth finally broke the surface.

Could well be! My LO was doing very similar things and drooling heaps at about 10-11weeks, then she had her first tooth come through at 3.5 months! She now has two bottom teeth which were both out by 4 months. crazy early but it happens!
Buy bibs. like TONS of the things. Just warning you in case you don't know!
