10 weeks pp, pumping, bloodtinged EWCM, no period

Hey ladies! I'm 10 weeks pp and the past week to week and a half I've been having clear or yellow EWCM. Yesterday evening I started getting bloodtinged EWCM. I am pumping still. I took Reglan for a month but stopped 2 weeks ago and saw a decrease in my supply but now I am even more so the past few days. Still haven't gotten my first pp period. DH and I DTD at 6 weeks pp and have about 5 times since then, all without protection or BC. I'm not on here to be criticized but wanted to see if anyone is in the same boat? I'm not sure if this is the start of my first pp period or if it's implantation bleeding and I'm pregnant? We wouldn't mind another baby even tho it would be hard with the Irish twins thing. But a blessing If anyone has experience I'd love to hear. Thanks in advance!!!!
