10 wks scan. Baby's bowel outside abdomen. Physiological Hernia - any experiences?

Hi ladies. I had a 9+5 days scan this morn and was measured as 10 weeks.
The consultant mentioned that the baby's bowel is outside the abdomen and this can happen between 9-12 weeks. He called is physiological hernia.
I was so shocked and upset. He says it SHOULD pop back in pre 12/13 weeks. Im so worried. Anybody have any experiences?
