10dpo, yeast infection, HELP!?

I am 10 dpo and have had all kinds of symptoms including just feeling completely off. I have had af like cramps for the past 4 days now and they have been on and off until yesterday. I never get cramps before af and af isn't due until the 1st. Today I got a yeast infection, I have only had one other yeast infection in my entire life. I have read that these can be very common in early pregnancy because of hormones and what not. I used Monistat and since I used it about 4 hours ago, I have been spotting. Is this normal??
