11 week period...

hi all my period still hasnt stopped since i had my daughter nearly 12 weeks ago im on the contraceptive injection and the health visitor said it should have stopped right now or be old brown blood but this is still bright red period blood and it wont stop the doctor just keeps telling me its normal and i dont know what to do anymore, anyone else been or is in this situation?

Me too! I'm 12wks pp with the contraceptive implant and still bleeding too! My doc suggested an ultrasound but it will be expensive! Tempted to just wait it out! So annoying tho, I'm thinking of buying shares in the tampon company!! Just jokes! But on a serious note is this normal???
