11 weeks + 5 scan. Boy or girl?

Hi ladies,
This is a picture of my NT scan at 11 weeks + 5 days.
The baby measured ahead at 12+2.
The dr said it was too soon to tell the gender but she did have a small hunch.
Any guesses or theories?
