11 weeks and spotting

Hello, I woke up this morning and had some brown discharge when I wiped, it is still there now when I wipe. I am freaking out as it has ended badly for me in the past when I have spotted. I had my booking in appointment this morning and told the midwife but she didn't seem to concerned and told me to rest and wait for my scan next Wednesday but that feels like a lifetime away. So worried and don't know what to do.

Brown means old blood, so it's probably just fine. I had a gush of bright red blood the other day with no cramps, and it stopped within hours and I've had none today.

Are you having cramps? If not, you're doing fine.

As far as stuff to do, rest like your midwife said and make sure you're staying hydrated.

I hope this week goes by quickly for you so you can see your bean.

Sounds like old blood hun, as long as its not period type blood or clots your fine 😊 I had major early bleeding on both my kiddies, and they are here and healthy 😊
