11DPO symptoms and any home remedies!

Hey guys sorry I havent been on in a while.

Ok so I am 11 days past ovulation.
Symptoms
Gone up a bra size
nipples sore
breast heavy
breast sore
and near my armpit area is sore if that makes sense.
Also Im eating so much at the moment and not gettting full.

Could someone tell me how to stop my breasts from hurting so much, I usual get this when my period is due but Ihave had this for 10 days and its getting over the top, its getting to the point where I just wish I could pop my boobs in the freezer lol.

Also is this a good sign.

I just cringed thinking about a sports bra lol i wouldnt be able to get it on lol, Ive gone from a C to a D!!!
