12+4 scan... Skull and Nub Gender Guesses please! :)

Hiya everyone, had my 12 week scan today and am measuring slightly ahead than what I thought at 12+4 and baby is at 6cm.

I am not very good with the whole skull and nub theory but would love to know what your guess would be! Not even sure if there is a nub in this pic but would like you to all have a guess anyway!
