12 week scan.... boy or girl

Hi everyone. I was wondering if you could take a look at my sister in laws 12 week scan and can tell if it's a boy or a girl. Most people in the family are convinced it's a girl. I'm not so sure!

20 week scan today showed that my sister in law is in fact having a little baby girl!!!
