12 week scan prob

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could put my mind at rest? I have just had my 12 week scan and have been told that the baby (although good heartbeat and moving around well) has got a lot of fluid in it bladder. She said it could just be where it literally needs to pee or it could be a problem and has referred me but I have to wait 10 days.! Has anyone else heard of this or got any ideas? I didn't realise that they swallowed and pee'd at this early stage!
