I've got my dating scan tomorrow at 2! I'm seriously scared, apart from a few things on and off my symptoms are practically gone :( Im scared something will be wrong, or there will be no baby at all! How can I calm down? I feel sick from nerves -.- x

I got the same feeling before my first scan. Mine was only at 7w, but I wasn't even sure of how far along I was before the scan... I honestly didn't even think there would be a baby in there, and it was so small that when the screen first showed up I couldn't see anything. I almost freaked until she said "and there's your baby" he was a little shrimp looking thing just floating around inside there looking all lonely - but content and healthy! It was such a relief to know that the past month of being sick and emotional wasn't just a phantom pregnancy or something! Even though I had a pee test come up positive, I still wasn't sure. I just got my 20w scan and little dude is growing like crazy!
Trust me, you'll see your healthy little baby in there and be totally relieved and happy too see the little one peacefully chilling inside there.
Good luck!

I was the same!
Just try to relax! With the amount of water you need to drink you'll need to pee so bad it'll be the only thing on your mind :haha:
But when she put the thing (agh mind blank!) on my tummy I started bricking it! I thought there would be no baby in there! But there he was! :)
Good luck! :flower:

I'm starting to get excited now! Can't wait to see him/her. I'll be back with my scan pic tomorrow :D xx

Well, it went awfully :( There was only an empty sac measuring 7 weeks

Totally normal!
I had an emergency scan at 10 weeks and I was convinced I would be told 'sorry, but your not pregnant!' even though I had horrible morning sickness I still couldn't believe I was pregnant and always thought something would go wrong like always checking for bleeding, it was awful and I wouldn't relax till I saw my baby on the screen.

Only advice is don't worry too much, I know easier said then done but paranoia is absolutely normal and your not alone. Hope the scan goes well x

EDIT: so sorry I responded without seeing your update, I'm sorry for your loss :hugs:

Gosh I am so sorry about what your going through. If it's any consolation I experienced a loss too, and now 4 months later I am pregnant again. So there is hope. So sorry again, sending warm thought out to you :hugs:
