I just had my 12 week scan about an hour ago. We sat for an hour waiting. My husband is convinced that they forgot us.
Oh, and when they say drink 16 oz of clear fluids beforehand, don't let them make you wait an hour. I had to get up and drain my bladder little by little, two times (and had peed twice before that). It was a bit painful.
Anyways, beyond the frustration of waiting so long, we had a wonderful scan. The baby is 11 week + 5 by measurement. It was just chilling and then all the pushing with the wand woke him/her up. The poor ultrasound tech had to measure between instances of olympic-quality fetal swimming. I think he/she is a sea otter to be very honest.... Though I have never had a relationship with a sea otter, so probably not
I don't think nub guesses will work because of the pics, but that's okay.
We even have a pic of the first footprint
