12 week scan!!

Had my 12 week scan and they bumped me up 6 days!! I knew i was too large hahaha woohoo moving foward bubs was very active (probably something to do I drank hot chocolate on my way there!!) will post pics in a bit!!

This scan deffinitely is a reliever for not knowing what was going on for 6 weeks!! unreal they make you wait that long!! wish I could see bubs everyday!!

Baby measures 8.3 cm ? does that mean anything as far as how far along you are? like am I goingto have a hugebaby LOL im very tiny HAHA oh nooo

Congrats! I can't wait to be entering the 2nd tri! But yeah, the size is what they go by to determine how far along you are, they're not always reliable but that's when the scan measures small, they don't over guess the size until the baby is really big.

I had a scan at 7 weeks to rule out ectopic and what not and they said they would put my due date around march 21 but I was very nauseas at the ultrasound and was vomiting in a bucket haha making the ultrasound not so pleasant for measurements!! This time around I was okay (thank god for diclectin) and I was full bladder and still the whole time, so they got proper measurements, so put due date for march 12-14. Who knows maybe with the next one they will change that again too.

Congrats!! Im really looking forward to my scan at the end of sept.. i have no idea how far along im gone =/ hopefully il get the same results as you and they'll bump me up a week .. did you feel sick at the 12 week scan? x

At the 12 weeks scan I was okay lol I made sure to take my diclectin and the 7 week scan I wasnt on diclectin yet it was brutal I was throwing up all the water I drank the techy was getting so frusterated it really was an aweful experience but all they were doing was locating pregnancy and well "trying" to date it lol. I think I am going to book a private scan considering I think I am growing a hippo if they dont change my dates LOL!!

Congratulations, thats great!

My 1st scan is tomorrow morning! I can't wait though they made me wait long enough lol.
