12 weeks and pain! Ouch

Ok I'm 12 weeks and getting lots of sharp and niggly pains across my tummy. I had early scan at 7 weeks so I know it's not eptopic but ouch. It's not terribly painful but enough to make me pause from whatever I'm doing. Are they just stretching pains? I'm assuming they must be but I don't remember this with my first.
Anyone else experiencing something similar?

I'm currently experiencing the same....trying to get a ob appointment to make sure it isn't issues with my C-section scar. Got so bad I went to the ER she said it was just stretching.

I've been pregnant twice and NEVER had this.
