12 weeks pp and just found out I am pregnant again

I am in shock I am 12 weeks pp and just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant. I havent breastfeed and had a period and I am two days late so I took a test and I now have a very faint positive. I am so shocked.

Congrats!! I got pregnant when I was 12 weeks pp as well. It was planned. I was doing mix-feeding so my period return when DD was 3 months and we got pregnant right away

Congratulations!!! I am RIGHT there with you! I had a 3 month old when I found out I was expecting this babe. haha ... It's definitely shocking, but it is amazing. You're lucky, like me, to have a baby to concentrate on instead of the tough/scary pregnancy thoughts like I had the first two times.
