12dpo is AF going to show? :'(

Hi, TTC my first.
I am 12dpo (didn't bother with a test today, took one yesterday which was obviously a BFN).
Yesterday my cervix dropped and it's only about 2 inches up and has a slight opening (but it has been slightly open for my whole cycle). It is quite firm. I have had quite thick white CM today and more of it than yesterday. My boobs have been sore since 2dpo and are now hardly tender at all. I still have full, heavy breasts with LOADS of glands/breast tissue in them. My right nipple is sore and I have had loads of white spots come up on my areola. I have felt so many symptoms and things this cycle. I just don't know how this CAN'T be it?!

What do you think? Any experiences or advice welcome, but please don't leave without replying

Sometimes your mind creates symptoms. Sorry to be a Debbie downer. Another thing is sometimes HCG can't be detected until later if you are indeed pregnant. Not very helpful but I didn't wanna read & run.
