13 dpo few symptoms and my results..

Hi everyone

I've not used this site for a while so apologies if I end up in the wrong place lol. I'm due at tomorrow, am peeing a lot, wet cm, twinges in my boobs now and then, heavy pinching feelings in lower stomach and extremely tired. Took a tesco a own pregnancy test this evening and can anyone see what I see??
