14,000 a year, 132 a week child/tax credits??

That could be right because 14k is probably classed as low earnings x

We have a joint income of £17000 a year and recieve £200 a week plus £20 child benefit which totals to about £900 on average a month. So i dont really know if you have gave them documented proof that thats your income each year if they have it wrong thats their fault. You could give them a phone though xx

We get 44 a week WTC & 260 a month CTC , that's one baby us both working , annual income of approx 16,000

we get £289 a month at the mo based on a joint income of £36500 oh works full time and i am on smp we do have 3 children though...!unfortunately we will lose this when oh pay rise kicks in and after tax and deductions from his wages we will now be worse off each month and he is now working longer hours...! sometimes promotion is a bad thing.
