Hi all, hoping someone can provide me with some advice.

I've been ttc for one year and temping halfheartedly for a few months. I;ve noticed that my temps rise right after ovulation but then a few days later go back down to the same level they were at pre-ov.

I have had a 21 day prog test which came back normal.

Is this something anyone else has experienced? If so is there a treatment which can help? Presuming the usual progesterone treatment, just wondered if I am different because my LP is normal?

I find temping really stressful and for this reason I often don;t do it! But now I am wondering if I need to temp obsessively for a few months to establish if there's an issue.

I am due to see a fs in June.
Thanks

well the chart u have right now i just looked at huns and it looks perfectly normal to me although i would strongly advise u temp more accuratly, make sure u take temp b4 u rise in the morning and at the same time too, also opking helps but is not essential.
i also dnt think it is that unusual for the odd temp to drop bk down to pre-ov temp as there are many factors in a day that can affect ur temp like sleep deprivation, drinking alcohol, being ill ect..... i honestly wouldnt worry to much hun u seem to run like clockwork just work on getting accurate temps and doing it everyday xxxxxxx

I agree,

Your chart looks fine - those post ov temps are well above your cover line. It was up higher earlier - but I don't think that means anything. Especially since your progesterone level was good.
