14dpo, AF 1 day late, still BFN! :(

Test this morning with FMU using first response and still got a BFN! I'm 14dpo, AF is 1 day late, and my symptoms are sore nipples, tightening/cramping, occasional nausea/queasyness, back ache (but that's not uncommon for me), and what I think frequent urination (but I've also been drinking more water).

What should I do? Do I still wait and test again in a few days? Or do I just count this as a loss and start trying again?

Not really much to do but wait and see if AF shows. If nothing happens in a few days, I would retest. Good luck!
