15 weeks 3 days ultrasound

I went for an early gender reveal and the tech was not 100% she seemed a little confused because the baby umbilical cord was everywhere but she had to determine something so she said she though it was a boy. It looked too big to me for it to be a boy. I've seen other boy ultrasound and it didnt look like this. She could be right, I am waiting on my 20 week ultrasound to verify. What do you guys think? Could it still be a girl but swollen? I just want a healthy baby. First time going this early.

Any 12-13 week pics you can add incase theres a nub showing, the one above does seem to be boyish to me
