16 weeks with cervical cerclage

Hi, I am new. My first pregnancy was twins and I lost one at 6 weeks and my boy Jakob was born at 22 weeks, it was a live birth but he died shortly after. I have endomitriosis, double uterus/cervix with a septum, have had a subchorionic hematoma and I have incompetent cervix. I had a miscarriage due to a hematoma last year and it was pretty bad, lost way to much blood and ended up getting a D&C weeks later. But here I am again! I am 16 weeks with a cerclage in place at 13 weeks, everything seems to be going well so far. Still don't know the sex but hoping to find out on Nov. 8th. I am not on best rest but also told not to do much, so I am pretty much sitting around the house all day. I look forward to talking to new people and getting some support and advice to keep me going.
