17 weeks and uterus already above belly button

So had my check today and mw was surprised how big my uterus was.... she said are your dates correct ( ive had scan at 13 weeks and they moved my dates forward 4 days) does anyone know why this may be? ive had two healthy babys and never had this, mw just said we will keep an eye?!!! can anyone shed any light?

I wouldn't be too concerned about it. I am measuring large this time around too. I always measured perfect with my other 2. I think this whole 3rd pregnancy thing is crazy. I have had a ton of things different this time around. They will watch you and monitor your growth
