17P progestrone shots for pre-term labor

hi ladies, i am currently 25 weeks will be 26 next week and finally starting my progesterone shots due to 3 previous preterm deliveries. my question is for you ladies who have had them, what are the side effects, and how soon after stopping them did you go into labor.

I had pessary version rather than the shots, i stopped at 34 weeks and gave birth at 40+2. I had no side effects though. Im not sure if the shots do more than the pesseries though.

I am on weekly progesterone injections, and have had no side effects at all except for a sore or bruised area when the nurses are too rough.
