What time does your 18/19 month old go to bed? What time do they wake ?
When do they nap? If they nap at all ?
DSs whole Sleep routine has just been turned upside down the last few weeks. Doesn’t matter if he naps or doesn’t nap he will mess/ scream at bedtime before eventually falling asleep anywhere from 8:30 -10pm !!
