Anyone else get a kick out of this show?? I'm a sucker, and I love it!!!

They have the most respectful kids I've EVER seen in my life!!!!!! I'm not religious or anything, but I really hope I can raise my kids to be that well behaved!!! I swear, the new born doesn't even cry!!!!

Watch it every week and think it is truly amazing... it shows the differences in behavior between children who are put in public schooling to those who are homeschooled... That family doesn't even realize that children act differently i dont think

I like the show but I find them a bit odd. They're really not odd I guess just different than me.. I can't believe how well behaved all the kids are. I can't believe how well they work as a team and how well they all help out.

I think the parents seem a bit off though.. like Michelle (the mom) seems almost TOO joyful and Jim Bob (the dad) seems.. IDK. I can't quite put my finger on what it is.. lol, but they seem strange.

They are definitely a different family, but I think its amazing the parents are still sane after that many kids. Apparently they aren't done either.:/ I can't imagine having so many kids, id go nuts.

Well they re good behaved but I wonder whether that is rather due to the over religiousness , after all amish kids are also well behaved until they are let free to do what they want in rumspringa...

I have to say for having so many kids they put some parents with just a couple to shame. They appear to be well mannered and happy. Which with reality tv in their lives must be hard to an extent.

I think it could be some of their religion, and I bet most of it is because they don't watch TV.

^ They monitor their kids' internet use closely too they said! And they're homeschooled & hang out with families just like them. No room for bad influences!!

I really wish I can be nice and calm like their mom. For real. I think that has a lot to do with it too, along with home schooling, monitored internet, and religion. Again, I'm not religious, but staying calm, and not showing that she's stressed makes me look up to her! I'm such a geek.

I love the show...but have to laugh at some of the things they do. The girls aren't allowed to wear jeans...just skirts. I'd die, lol.

I went to school with a guy named Jim Bob. Kinda weird! lol

They're kind of a weird family though. Do you really think those kids are going to be able to go out and get regular jobs? I'm just not sure they know how the rest of the world operates. There's internet and things to tempt you. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't know....

I don't think they will ever get out and get a regular job and lead what we consider regular lives... I think they will all lead lives similar to their parents...

Like the oldest one just married a girl who's family is similar to the Duggars, not big like theirs but really conservative..
