Since my previous post I have now received an email still stating they will not refund me for my cost to return the damaged poor quality pram... but they will refund me for the pram price- BUT THEY HAVE REFUNDED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT WHICH IS NOT MINE.
Please be warned that this company is scamming people. *Sales of goods act 1979*
This pram was purchased on 13/7/11 and up to this date I have had no money back...

I ordered a travel system that was on offer at 1st class prams.
I received the item and was far from satisfied with the quality. Not only was it marked with scratches, scrapes and scuffs but it was pratically falling apart at the seams!
It was a Hauck Malibu (which i thought was a good make)
Upon returning the item at my own cost of £37!!! i was told:
"we are sorry that you were unhappy with the hauck product you purchased, as far as we are concerned there is no fault with the product except the quality
but the price does reflect on this. we will refund the purchase price.
I am still waiting a reply email, their lack of customer service and standards of trading are awful. They never call you back. Reply to emails etc. No where on their website did it state this item was a second or the quality of the product was poor.
Be warned - waste of money, expensive return and awful customer service
