1st FS appt in 3 hours and I am scared!

I know it is silly but I just have loads of stuff running through my head about it all. I realise that today will probably be just a consultation but I'm thinking of what will/may come in the future. I know I need to just go and see what they have to say to us, but I am feeling extremely
