1st round femara, OVULATED CD 17 WITH 2 EGGS!!!!! confused again cd18...

Well this is first cycle with femara 2.5mg. Took it on days 3-7. I usually get 2 strong days of positive opks before ovulation. Only had the 1 super positive test and was fading back out less then 12 hrs after. Have had small twinges on both sides but nothing like I usually do around o time. Didn't get to temp this morning as had to work all night last night so haven't gotten to confirm temp rise like usual either lol, so aggravating. Plus my temps have been erratic this month to but don't know if that is related to femara maybe?? Just thought I'd share, hope temp rises in the morning...

Well temp didn't go up this morning so guess I haven't ovulated yet??? Opk this morning was even more neg then yesterday. Hate not know what's going on...

Ok finally!! Had ewcm today and twinges in pinching on both sides all day and finally am almost positive tonight when got home from work!! Hopefully it will be positive in the morning!! DH don't get home till midnight and making him wake me up so we don't miss the window since want see him again till Friday morning

Ok so test this morning was positive! So one of the nurses I work with used to actually work with my ob Dr doing ultrasounds for patients that were going through infertility treatments. So we whipped out or ultrasound machine at work so she could look at mine this afternoon and I've released 2 eggs, one from each side! Left measured 2.0 and right measured 2.5 which she said is really good!!!! So excited and so hope this is or month finally!!!!

Ok girls confused yet again really was expecting temp rise this morning and it didn't?? Especially since we seen 2 corpus luteum yesterday on u/s and opk is going back to neg again slowly like it usually does. anyone have any insight?????
