1st round of FSH injections...is there hope? (NEW MEMBER)

I've been with my BF for 6 1/2 years and we have never really prevented but never got pregnant. In 2010 I had blood work (doctor says possibly PCOS due to high number) and dye done and I have almost always have had heavy, painful, irregular periods. The doctor found 1 blocked tube. 10/2010 We then did laproscopic...def a blocked (deflated) tube (damaged from possible old infection) and he removed the old infection and there were no signs of endo. Did letrozole for maybe 6 months plus 1 month of HCG (trigger). Had about 2 months of good eggs and lining but nothing happened. Most of the time my lining was too thin. We stopped meds due to the stress it was causing me. In addition the doctor wanted me to do FSH shots. I saved the money and we are now on the 3rd month of letrozole (it helps regulate my period) and 1st cycle of FSH shots. Tomorrow I go for an ultrasound and possibly a trigger. Anyone else in the same or experienced the same? Is there hope for me? I need inspiration in order for me to be optimistic. Any advice you could give would be wonderful!

This will be my first month with Femara 12.5mg cd2-6 and an HCG trigger. I tried 8 cylces of clomid and didnt ovulate. Good Luck. I hope you have lots of follies at ur scan tomorrow.
If the Femara doesnt bring on O...my next step is the FSH injections, Ive read lots of success stories with them and my RE tells me almost every women will ovulate while on Injectables. I hope it does the trick for you

Everything went well today...one good one 2.1cm n others that look good too...lining is a little thin..will be doing the trigger tmw if OPK shows positive...if not then for sure doing it on Sun. (+ or -)!
