1st tooth - at the back????

Hi, i know it' supposed to be the bottom front teeth that come through 1st but my LO seems to be getting his 1st tooth coming through at the back of the bottom of his mouth, a molar 1st?? He has been wakening 3 and 4 times during the night for the last 2 or 3 weeks now screaming. Has anyone heard of this before???? Thanks x

Didn't want to Read and run- but I have never ever heard of that before, maybe worth getting your doctor to check it out?

I know sometimes during teething they can get cysts in their mouths just from the gums being swollen- I wonder if that is what you are seeing?
