hi girls
i got my first positive opk last night, i think.. did the bd last night
now what, do i still do opk tests and bd?
should i be bd everyday at the mo and continue every other day (this is what we have been doing since i finished my last af)

oh yeah, forget to ask, when do i know i have actually ovulated? is this when my bbt rises?

I cant answer hun as Its my first month using OPK and I really have no idea lol x

The positive means you will ov in the next 12-48 hrs so you should bd today and the next 3 days.

So have had 2 +opks first on thurs second yesterday and so dud be thurs night fri night and this morning. Just tested again and got -opk. Does this mean I have now ovulated? My temp was 35.8c on thurs and fri. This morning it was 36.1c but the highest it's been is 36.4. Wonder if this means it's in it's way up and that I have ovulated sometime between yesterday and today? Hopefully bd'd in time, will wait to see if af comes in few weeks or not x
