2 days before AF! WHY a positive OPK?

Anyone got any idea why I have a positive OPK 2 days before AF is due. I ovulated on 5th November(for sure)!

Well AF was due yesterday but still nothing. I think she's having a vacation!

i would try testing again hun. opk can show up hcg!! fingers x'd x

I would test your HGT again, Your AF may be away for more than 9 months or so lol.x

could be that u are only just oing or some women get a bit of a lh surg befor af or its a bfp good luck

Could your opk be more sensitive than the hpt? although the opk picks up lh it also can pick up hcg aswell. I would give it a few more days than retest with a more sensitive hpt. Sounds promising that aint here yet

Still no AF and stil BFNs. Doc won't help me until next week because if I did infact ovulate again, my AF will be due between Tues - Thurs. My doctors are useless. They don't have kids see! Anyway, will keep you posted if and when anything happens.

I came across your letter when googleing the same question. A positve OPK but BFN on the pregnacy test. I am still about 2 days off until AF hits. I am hoping I'm pregnant. So I wanted to know what your outcome was. Did AF show again or are you pregnant and it took longer for the test to come out positive. It would save me a great deal of agony worrying. I miscarried in March, so I want to make sure I am not grasping a straws.
