20 week scan. What am I looking at?

I'm really terrible at deciphering sonogram images. Supposedly this is LOs lips and nose.... Can someone explain what's what?

It's one of like 30 pics they sent me home with, I can make out most of the others, I just don't understand this one, but since it's his face I was hoping to have someone smarter than me explain it lol

That doesn't look right to me, Id have thought the 'left cheek' was the whole of BAbys skull/face looking at you?
Could be wrong though.

That's honestly the only thing that made sense to me, LOL. I can't picture anything else. Like I said, it looks like the baby is pressing up against the ultrasound. Like the tech moved the wand until it was right up on bub's face. Who knows! I'd honestly take the ultrasound in next appointment just to ask, it's driving me mad.
