Did anyone order the Cars or Toy Story aquadoodle from TJ Hughes?!

Mine have just come, 1 for me and 2 for a friend and they are NOT what was pictured.

Yeah, just the little picture mat things.

Though the website states the dimensions and everything :/

Like you say, you think you're going to get what's pictured and the description of the cars mat matches the big mat in the dimension section.

I have sent them a message, lets see what they have to say! x

I bought the cars one, purely for the fact it says you can make tracks with lightening mcqueen...I shall be ringing them when I recieve mine! not happy!

I only did not order because we have already got an aquadoodle but my SIL did. I hope they are helpful when they reply. How frustrating

i shall do another order with just the
chess code from my mums and then cancel
that, if they want to bill me they can send
me one in the post and i will pay when i'm
ready to, hopefully they'll expire codes
in future, bit annoying as i do like the service

I can't bloody afford £31.37, anyone know if they'll at least honour the two codes that were used separately or not?

They should do, I'd ring them. I wouldn't just cancel the DD as they'll chase you for the remaining balance

You can.change payment method on.your account....I'm tempted to do.the same!!!!

I'm going to ring them and see what they can do. Think I'll put in a complaint as well, for letting the codes go through together, they may state only one code per order but it shouldn't let them go through

I'll be paying my M&M when they take it because I've used the stuff and if I have to, I'll pay for it, but it's cheeky as fuck and I won't be using them again so they lose out in the long run.
The reason they run these promotions is to gain customers so removing them without notice makes absolutely no sense

I've just reviewed the toy story aquadoodle on their site so hopefully no one else buys it and makes the same mistake. They said its gone to moderation, so I don't think it will show up yet.

I only got it for the baby, so I'm going to keep it as it was cheap enough and he'll be happy enough with it. It is really misleading though. For a start there is no aquadoodle mat in the box, just 4 small square pictures. Also you don't get the buzz and woody pens they show, just a small plain pen. xxx
