Why can't they just be honest and say we made a mistake? They are a big enough company to honour it. I'm glad you got a screen shot as trading standards should get involved if they refuse to send you what was pictured and described. Xx

Saw this really cute Mickey Mouse Fairisle onsie on the Matalan website, it ranges in size from 3-6 months to 4-5 years and is £9-£10, quite cheap for a onsie

How sneaky of them changing the pictures, luckily iv screen shotted but can't believe big companies do things like this.

I am not surprised! Completely different but when my son was 5 months I tripped over a loose paving stone whilst holding him and he ended up in hospital. The council fixed it the same day and have been denying liability ever since... they've gone so far as to say they never fixed the paving stone as it was never loose in the first place (we have witnesses who saw and someone pulled it out of the ground). It is disgusting and we now don't know if this is the reason my son has so many issues

Oh no on the M&M thing. Has anyone been charged the correct amount with the codes? I had an order due for delivery Friday with the chess code. Should I cancel that or will that o OK given it is separate from my first order? My DD due to come out on 1st...

Of course they won't admit it, imagine how much money they would have to pay to cover the cost of my son's medical bills? Thank God for NHS!! We are trying to go private for a paediatric neurologist though and have been fighting the feckless council since February 2012.

Myself and many people I know on a popular online forum ordered toy story 3 aquadoodles from TJ Hughes online. The aquadoodles advertised showed aquadoodle mats with a buzz and a woody pen, which could be filled with water and used on the aqua mat. What actually arrived was very different. 4 small travel size pictures and one small plain pen. After pointing out to TJ Hughes online that the products we received did not match the picture or description advertised, TJ Hughes promptly and without an apology for mis selling a product, removed the original picture and description and replaced it with a new picture and description! Unfortunately for TJ Hughes my friends and I do have screenshots of the original picture and description and are considering contacting trading standards for the misleading products we were sold. We would like to know what, if anything TJ Hughes are going to do about this matter. There are many people on the forum I belong to who have bought this product and feel cheated at being mis sold a product and now feel even more cheated that TJ Hughes has changed the information in such a sneaky underhand way with no apology whatsoever!
