So I'm at the checkout, hand over the dusty luv.... Only to discover it's a blooming foam but of junk inside the DVD  grr mortified

Is that all it is? I pre ordered online and on my invoice it says your order could come in two parcel so ive been expecting another x

Yep! It's a tiny flat pack foam plane that's already been battered by Tori within 2 days! :/

We've made it up to her, the Planes playset with Dusty is £15 in Asda just now. Looks great for both Planes and Cars

When you add them to your basket, what does the total say?

I thought they couldn't charge more to your card without permission? Just cancel the order like h&m did? I might be wrong though.

About Guide Price

Please note that the prices on our Grocery website are guide prices only.

The actual price you pay is the price charged in store when your order is put together for delivery. This is because:

The prices of some products may vary between when you place your order and when it is delivered.
Your Personal Shopper may weigh items like fruit and vegetables or pick pre-packed weighed items like meat, poultry and cheese. This means the price will vary slightly in store from what is on the website.
Some items in your order may not be available at the the time of picking and therefore may need to be substituted.

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The rate of VAT is 20%.

When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider that the difference between the price charged and the guide price shown on the Grocery website is unacceptable.

^You agree to that when ordering from them so they can charge more than the guide price. However, if an offer was advertised and you're within the dates shown for it and they don't honour it, a quick email to customer services usually sorts it out. I normally take a screen shot of any offers that might be too good to be true. They don't argue it.

They're not honouring the items in the 3 for £1 offer. I'm glad I didn't order now! x
