Does this sound like too much? I'm not eating as much now as in 1st tri (when I had to keep eating to suppress the nausea), but my appetite is still pretty huge, and I don't want to be too strict, since I've almost fainted quite a few times.
I'm trying to stick to healthier food, with the odd treat, and am doing some mild-moderate exercise - walking and stationary cycling, and going to start going back to the pool this week.
I just worry because I know the rate of weight gain picks up in the second half of pregnancy and I don't want to gain too much, as I really struggle to lose weight.
Normally I'm a size 10-12 UK, but my weight hovers on the upper end of the 'normal' BMI range for my height. I was a couple of pounds into the 'overweight' zone when I conceived.
I feel like I've got bigger all over, especially bum, thighs, and upper arms, and my stomach just feels blobby, though there is a bump in there somewhere.
