21 weeks, having pains in lower abdomen...mostly left side

So I am 21 weeks tomorrow and for the past week or so I've been getting pain in my abdomen area. It is mostly on the mid left side, but sometimes in the lower center.

It's not a sharp pain or a cramp, but it feels almost like a pulling kind of pain or a strain.

This is my first pregnancy, so I am not sure what pain is normal and what is not. Everything I have read about round ligament pain says that it is usually a sharp pain and that's not what this feels like.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Yes completely normal, I'm 21 weeks too & experienced that a couple of weeks ago. It's just round ligament pain aka bump stretching. I googled & found some light exercises to do that ease the pain. I was sore for a few weeks, then it eased off. Obviously if your pain is unbearable you should tell your doctor, but it sounds pretty normal what you have x

Ps my lower back was also sore for those 2 weeks as well & it got worst when I walked any distance at all. But it has eased off ...for now!
