Anyone else going to be applying for this in April?

I'm sooooo happy it's become available, as it now means I can (hopefully) start my course September, rather than in another 2 years when we would be able to comfortably afford it

What is it? I've not heard of it. I have a career development loan.

Ohh what is this all about? I'll be stalking to find out, I'm wanting to retrain once bubba is born so will be very interesting to find out more info.

It's a new loan that's available for anyone over 24 that's doing a level 3 course.

It's basically a student loan. So they pay for the course and if you carry on to complete a degree then you don't have to pay it back at all. If you don't complete a degree you don't start paying it back until you're eating over £21000 or after 20 years it gets written off.

I'm looking to do access to nursing so I'll be able to apply when the applications open in April
